- Upload PDFs
Upload one PDF or a whole batch from the Documents page, with the Upload button or by drag and drop, and see when each one is ready for preflight.
- Review preflight checks
PDFxt checks every PDF for problems such as encryption, broken fonts and scanned pages before conversion. Fix or skip what it finds, then complete preflight.
- Choose settings and save PDF presets
Choose how indexes, forms, figures and other elements are handled before the analysis, and save those choices as a PDF preset your team can reuse.
- Find your way around the editor
